On decisions and intentions

Brazilians air intentions freely
may they be part of someone else decisions
Americans don’t air intentions
They are cristal-clear when talking
sharp  on  the pronounced  words
Each one is more than a sound
floating in the air...
They are contracts carved in the stone
Brazilians words are like birds
They sit here and there
tree branches, ceilings, light posts, electrical lines, top of buildings
Like the wind that serves everyone
when Brazilians decide
there are no words but acts
driven by emotions they blow like a new habit
there are no need for an enforcement of any kind
